It was surely a WONDERFUL stay during our visit.

By and large, it was good choice for sightseeing in Vienna, had much fun and met very kind and immensely pleasant staff that was at the reception at the time of the check-out. The rooms were quiet for wc, felt like home. The hotel location was great and perfect in the heart of the city.

Not that clean room, I was a little disappointed.

The location in a lively area was absolutely perfect and there were main shopping street and a shopping street nearby. We loved the property because it was close to a bus stop...

Some of the staff were not that friendly.

The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which was a nice perk for staying connected during our trip. However, these few positives were overshadowed by the negative aspects mentioned above. we would not recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay during New Year's.

the room was extremely small and cramped, making it uncomfortable to move around. the noise level was unbearable, with loud music and partying going on well into the early hours of the morning.

Spacious room with separate kitchen and wardrobe, very very clean and comfortable, I would choose this hotel for my oncoming stays in Vienna.

The parking lot under the building is a bit narrow, not recommended for beginners.

Had a single room but the bed was more like a bunk bed and was not very comfortable. I think a proper single bed would have been much better.

The room was spacious and clean with a surprising library and beautiful paintings throughout. The hotel staff were very helpful in giving directions and assisting with purchasing train tickets. The breakfast, although limited for vegetarians, had enough variety and good coffee. The location of the hotel was relatively close to the city center and Schönbrunn palace, making it convenient to explore. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay, despite the lack of air conditioning and some minor drawbacks mentioned in the reviews.

I enjoyed the room very much. It was big with an entrance room separated from the bedroom. The bathroom is also very big and the shower is great. The bed was big and very comfortable. Everything was very clean. It is located in a very quiet neighbourhood and even at late in night it looked very safe. You can catch the metro by walking 10 minutes. The breakfast is very good. I think it is very good value for money.

Although the 10 minutes walk for the metro was ok for us, I imagine it can be too much for some. I think you can catch a bus though. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly always ready to help except a lady in the breakfast room. Be sure to arrive in time to the breakfast or you will find yourself in a very embarrassing situation where you are eating and this lady will be packing up the chairs and saying nasty words in german. It was a single case though.

Friendly and helpful staff guided me on sightseeing options. The room had a nice view and hot water. Good breakfast variety and fast WiFi. The hotel's beautiful exterior and art paintings added to its charm. I recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The Art Hotel Vienna is conveniently located within walking distance of the imperial palace. The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The nearby Restaurant Sofia is a great choice for dining, just a short 5-minute walk away. Additionally, the Margareten district is definitely worth a visit during your stay.

The rooms with a big bathroom. Great and unbeatable location, easy walk to Coffeemuseum Vienna, appreciated this place.

Everything is good here, had an excellent stay during our visit. All the staff members are incredibly nice and polite.
